Why did my k9/vampire teeth grow really fast in like one day?

Im only 13 and my k9/vamp teeth have always been like barely visibl but I woke up this morning and they were long! Like I have to keep my mouth open a bit because I keep biting myself on accident. So how did they grow so fast?
