I was pulled over for not wearing my seatbelt, read the deatils to find my question?

they then continued to call back up and k9 cops to come search my car. as they proceeded to ind nothing i became agitated and began telling them to arrest me or let me go. in the end they let me go having found nothing. i feel extremely violated as far as my basic rights go and i was wondering if there was any type of unlawful detainment law or something protecting us from unreasonable search and seizures to either get me out of this seatbelt infraction or get these officers in some sort of trouble for hassling me.
