Need electricity Help with Dog dryer ?

In a home I'd say to make sure your a/c isn't running and you haven't got a cake in the oven (if your stove is electric) but with a shared circuit I'm not sure what you can do. My only suggestion might be to use the dryer during times when you're reasonably sure your neighbors are out.
