AMMYY scam. how do I make sure the ammyy program i "ran" on my computer is gone for good?

Back up all of your data and reinstall Windows. This is the only 100% guaranteed way to get rid of a virus. Disconnect it from the internet first before you do this. Take the flash drive or whatever you backed up all of your data on to another computer, install Microsoft security essentials, go to computer right click on that drive and scan for viruses. Good luck!
